How to Have a Life Overflowing with Abundance
The Bible says, He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season… In all that he does, he prospers. (Psalms 1:3)
God all wants us to be truly rich and be abundant in all aspects of our lives! Here's another excerpt from my powerful financial mentor, Bro. Bo Sanchez, on what exactly should we do that we will have a life overflowing with abundance and reach financial freedom.
What is God telling you? That you’re the tree. And He is the stream. As long as the tree is near the stream, that tree will always bear fruit—because it has an unending supply of water.
As long as you live near the Blesser, you’ll bear fruit. Your blessings will come. You’ll work will prosper. Your success will be at hand.
Let me tell you a story. My wife loves crabs. She doesn’t eat as much today because she knows it’s not the healthiest food in the world. (It was a dark day for her when I gave my talks in Awaken The Healer In You—because I said that crabs and crustaceans were scavengers and eat toxins—and are therefore not very healthy for us.)
Once upon a time, she used to eat lots of it. She was telling me that she went with a few crab-loving friends to an Eat-All-You-Can Buffet. Their goal was to eat crabs only. They didn’t know there were other people in that buffet who had the same idea. So the moment the plate of crabs arrived on the buffet table, the crabs would be wiped out in ten seconds.
So the next time they ate there, they knew what to do. They chose the table closest to the crabs. Whenever the waiter came with a fresh plate of crabs, she and her friends would stand up and be the first in line.
They positioned themselves near the source of supply.
In life, that’s what you need to do. If you want blessing, you’ve got to live near the Blesser. Don’t wander far. Don’t walk away. Don’t live at the periphery. Go where God is and plant yourself near Him and never let go. Because God is the source of your promotion. God is the source of your health. God is the source of your wisdom. God is the source of your miracles.
Now this is one powerful business strategy!

12 then 11 days Left - The Ocean of Miracles
With my previous post on opportunities collide you might see how things have been over and above me lately. How on earth will I manage to do all those??
Yes, I mention to do it stage by stage right? Exactly. But then again, how will I do it stage by stage? What next? Which one first? How about all the obstacles?
One Word:
Miracles
I have a confession to make. Yep, I was a seminarian for over 6 years and honestly, it came to a point that I became so used to all the spirituality thingy that I became so immune. Maybe because I was too influenced by my being a psychology major that my spirituality rating dropped. Prayed a lot less, slept during the mass, and talked more of religion less.
At lost, that's when I found the teaching of Bo Sanchez. He taught me how to be spiritual in a material world by being simply being practical. Yup, its very possible to be close to God by not praying too much and too long and not overly talking about religion and the bible.
Yet, again Bo has enlightened me big time when I read his article You Are Surrounded By and Ocean of Miracles - the clear point: do what you have to do and God will do the rest. Simple.
I am a worrier, that's for sure. I was used to tell people that I was born pessimist. I worry about things going wrong. But however, in this 90 day challenge, I have learned to soften up and take big risks. But still the burden of a "what if" future worries me a lot especially that I have taken so much opportunities now. And so all the "how" and "what ifs" starts to drive me crazy. But now, here's my answer...
"Just do what I am supposed to do everyday, stage by stage, then God will do the rest."
Let me share you one miracle:
I read Bo's article exactly at the right time when I needed it most.

44 Days Left - Not Just Any Ordinary Business
Few nights ago, lying in bed sparked one great idea, and i texted it to my partner Dro. It went our something like this...
"Dro, why not sell all our shirts for a cause? Ain't that cool? Like, we are already doing something good, why not do it God's way?"
And so we did!
The thought sprang from someone who commented on Facebook and asked if the X-sem shirst we are selling are for a cause. We told him this...
"Good afternoon, bro! Thru dis we aim to relive the moments we once had at Don Bosco. And eventually, continue to live in Don Bosco's way. Helping out in any way we can, together with all the exsems of don bosco. Last May, we had a litlle project of giving school supplies to the children of Maghaway, Talisay City. There was only a handful of us then. But with this, we can have a bigger network and thus, handing a bigger chunk of help or support. :) "
Dro and me are really looking forward for this. We have made the arrangements and done canvassing a good deal for the blackboard.
And so, this would be our direction: sell t-shirts with a cause. We really want to institutionalize this and make it our own brand. We both are so captivated of the idea of, if you are already doing something why not do it for something greater, something more meaningful!? Right? Don't just stick to the norm, be different, be unique, be cool!!
Currently, we are both brainstorming what would be our best company name, share us if you have any ideas! We'd surely appreciate that, and if it gets approved, you'll get a free shirt! Game?

45 Days More - Diamonds In My Backyard
Just weeks ago, I found a big diamond in my backyard! And right now we are harvesting it.
And I wont tell you about it!
Just kidding!
I’m talking about my second business: selling shirts we sell online through Facebook. Let me tell you a little story behind it.
As all millionaires are, you can never be one unless you have a team. And so I teamed up with my classmate back in high school and my friend for over 12 years now, Leandro. (The biggest guy in the center of the picture..hehehe) Good thing is, we have the same mindset with regards to wealth and finance. So working out with him was no problem, and he became my official co-millionaire.
One Saturday evening two weeks ago, we juggled up all possible ideas where we could strike one powerful business plan. Tell you, it was not easy. We covered everything from internet to real estate and we still hadn’t hit jack pot. We have been squeezing our creative juices for 2 hours already and there was nothing. Tired we just talked about our experiences in the seminary. Yup, you heard it right! I was a seminarian of Don BoscoAnd we hit, jackpot! We will be selling t-shirts for ex-seminarians! The big diamond lying in our past! We just got the simplest yet most promising business plan ever! So we spent the next 30 minutes planning and exploring all possibilities with energy and enthusiasm.
We wont be having any problem with the market because we already have one strong one. We are a member of the Facebook group Ex Sems of DB with 300 plus members, so the market is just a click away.
Start-up? Just plain creativity and the internet. We conceptualize a design of a letter X similar to that of WWF to come up with something attractive yet with attitude. However, we added our seminary’s motto,” Ecce Ego Mitte Me”, which means, “Here I am Send Me.” This was made to have a sense of identity to our buyers thus making them have a need to get one.
We also came up with a brilliant marketing plan. The first 10 to comment on Facebook gets a big discount. And tell you, it was just so effective! It would have been better if we would have a pre-launch program like announcing to the group that there is something huge coming. However, we posted it just a day before. No worries, next time we’ll do that.
An additional strategy too was given by Kuya Tony, sell only a limited number of shirts. We decided to print only 99pcs. Why? This would create a sense of urgency to the buyers if we say that it is a limited edition! Thanks Kuya!
And so last June 11, at 8:30 in the evening we launched the X sems shirt! And just before midnight we already had the top 10! Simply great for the starters. We even had 2 from Luzon already!
Orders have a cut-off on Tuesday and they will be released on Saturdays where we would be meeting in a place to distribute the shirts to our buyers.
We would be releasing it 2 days from now, and I am just so excited..
I really can’t believe that all this is just in my past, behind me. My diamond is just in my backyard! And with this, we already have a lot of great ideas coming after this.
By the way, you might want to know where who’d manufacture our clothes. Again, part of our past, in our backyard. The father of our classmate in the seminary, who also was one Ex sem!

51 Days to Go - Do Something Different, Break the Monotony
I just had one of the most wonderful evenings ever! My trip back home from the city became one spectacular moment. Why? I did something so out of the ordinary, something I've missed doing in a very long time...PLAYING IN THE RAIN.
Yes, and it feels so great!! I cannot describe the feeling! I missed this so much! I mean, the water dropping all over me. I opened wide my arms and turned and turned. The feeling of the cold water running through my face was marvelous. As I closed my eyes, cherished this one moment when rain really poured after a long drought and warmth these past month, I begin to see flash backs of my childhood days when we would run like crazy during the rain, splashed the puddles, and shout at the top of our lungs.
I haven't had this flashback for years already. Just now in my adult life I was able to reminisce the happiness of being young. Its innocence and excitement. No worries. Its freedom is incomparable.
God, is so marvelous. Listen, I just discovered this today! I just realized that God is so great that He made a way to water trees!!!! And as He was watering his creation, He did so to me. And I say, "Bring it on! Shower me with your blessings so that I can be just the very best You wanted me to be!".The feeling is rejuvenating. (Jan, you should try this! Too bad, you got sick) With all the pressure I brought to myself lately in this 90 days challenge, experiencing this simple yet amazing way of nature to keep the cycle of life turning is the pump, the boost, I just need to keep on.
You should really try it. Stop the monotony. Do something different. Celebrate nature and you celebrate life.
