49 Days to Go - System Down

System Down! System Down! Alert! Alert!

For the first time in weeks, I came home without opening the laptop. System Down!
No, not the laptop, me!

I really didn't notice but I have been sleeping less than 5 hours straight for 5 days. So my body got it's toll. I started having a hard time comprehending things, missed out the words, I can't even speak in plain straight english already and I became so irratable. Like in the jeepney, I was about to elbow the person beside me on his face because of his smelly armpit, and I almost damaged the bar handle of the jeepney because I was hammering my coin for his music is too loud and lousy. People stared at me.

When I got home, took a bath, prayed and dozed off immediately. I promised myself that it would be the last time I'd get myself into that kind of mess.

"If you lose your sleep, you lose a lot: you lose your temper, you lose your creativity, you lose your comprehension, you lose the magic, you lose the great moments life has to offer, you lose the essence of time, you lose the opportunity, and you lose yourself."

51 Days to Go - Do Something Different, Break the Monotony

I just had one of the most wonderful evenings ever! My trip back home from the city became one spectacular moment. Why? I did something so out of the ordinary, something I've missed doing in a very long time...PLAYING IN THE RAIN.

Yes, and it feels so great!! I cannot describe the feeling! I missed this so much! I mean, the water dropping all over me. I opened wide my arms and turned and turned. The feeling of the cold water running through my face was marvelous. As I closed my eyes, cherished this one moment when rain really poured after a long drought and warmth these past month, I begin to see flash backs of my childhood days when we would run like crazy during the rain, splashed the puddles, and shout at the top of our lungs.

I haven't had this flashback for years already. Just now in my adult life I was able to reminisce the happiness of being young. Its innocence and excitement. No worries. Its freedom is incomparable.

God, is so marvelous. Listen, I just discovered this today! I just realized that God is so great that He made a way to water trees!!!! And as He was watering his creation, He did so to me. And I say, "Bring it on! Shower me with your blessings so that I can be just the very best You wanted me to be!".

The feeling is rejuvenating. (Jan, you should try this! Too bad, you got sick) With all the pressure I brought to myself lately in this 90 days challenge, experiencing this simple yet amazing way of nature to keep the cycle of life turning is the pump, the boost, I just need to keep on.

You should really try it. Stop the monotony. Do something different. Celebrate nature and you celebrate life.

60 Days More - The Power of Incantations

I had a mysterious experience just tonight in a not-so-mysterious place - a tread mill. My usual gym routine was to do cardio exercises first by running in the tread mill for 20 mins. I usually do an interval of 5 minutes brisk walk, 3 minutes jog, and 2 minutes run and do this whole set twice.

What I usually do to keep my mind off the "tireness", and hardness of breathing is I would do incantations - saying powerful incantations under my breath with clear visualization of my words. This is how it would go..

"I will be a millionaire!"
"I am now a millionaire!"
"I have a millionaire mind!"
I would begin to see myself free and proud and feel the lightness in me.
Then one by one I will examine my 4 millionaire mountains.
Internet!
I will recall where am I and what are my plans.
"I am a traffic magnet!"
Business!
I will look at  what have I done in my businesses and what are my next plan.
"I am a money magnet"
Investment!
I will see myself happy on what I will be receiving after my term ends and what more shall I invest in to.
"I am a money magnet"
Real Estate!
I will ask myself what are my plans
"I will be the youngest to be rich in real estate!"

So that was my typical incantation routine. However, this time already in my last set and running the last 2 minutes remembering how absorbed I was on what Tony Robins had said in his video I was saying to myself...

"I am certain!"
PAK! I punched  my fist to my palm.
Soaked with sweat I continued running fast.
"I decided what my life will be"
"I am deciding NOW!"
PAK!
The energy was "undescribable."
I pushed the button and increased the tread mill's speed.
"I want to help people! And I will be rich!"
PAK!
"My life will inspire people!"
PAK!
"I am certain! I have decided!"
I felt like flying. I never felt being tired. I can breath freely.
I have been running for 4 minutes already!
I felt so good, so great I don't want to stop!
PAK!
PAK!

"I love this life!"
"I am a millionaire!"

I have to stop because the side of my diaphragm is already painful. It was already way over 5 minutes.
Running has never felt so good. I was literally soaked with sweat. A millionaire's sweat.
PAK!
